How much does it cost?
The price is per accommodation unit per month. The first 14 days are free and you do not enter a payment card when you sign up. The base plan is free and will stay free.
Prices exclude VAT. A 6-month subscription is 10 % off, a 12-month subscription 20 % off. Connecting sales channels is charged separately, the rates are listed with the plans. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we never charge your card on file. If you do not extend, you will not lose any data: the account stays accessible for reading and export until you extend it or reduce it to the limits of the Free plan. Frequently asked questions
What is a channel manager and do I need one?
A channel manager keeps availability and rates identical across every portal you sell on. If you advertise in one place only, you do not need one. The moment you add a second, you are updating two calendars by hand and it is a matter of time before somebody books a date that is already taken.
Is it worth it for a single apartment?
Yes. Even with one unit you save on rates, the guest register and the local tax, and nobody charges commission on reservations from your own website. The base plan is free for a single unit, so you can try it at no risk.
How does Kvestor prevent a double booking?
Overlapping reservations on the same unit cannot be stored in the system at all. This is not a check that could be bypassed or missed when two portals write at the same moment. If a portal did send a reservation for a date already taken, it is not lost: it lands in the unconfirmed inbox as a conflict for you to resolve.
Do I need my own website?
It is not required, but it pays off. If you have a website, you paste one line of code into it and the booking widget starts taking reservations directly, with no commission to any portal. It works on any website, WordPress included. We do not build a website for you.
Which channels can I connect?
Booking.com, with two-way synchronisation of availability, rates and reservations. The Slovak portals Megaubytovanie.sk and Hauzi.sk. For other portals, an iCal calendar export. Airbnb and Expedia are coming.
Is the register of accommodated guests from Kvestor enough as the statutory record?
The register in Kvestor holds the data recorded about accommodated guests and can be exported to XLSX or PDF. The local tax report for the municipality and the declaration of residence are produced from it as well. The accommodation provider remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the recorded data and for meeting their obligations towards the municipality, so check the specific requirements with your municipality.
Where is my data and who has access to it?
The data is stored on servers in the European Union. We never sell it and we disclose it only to the sub-processors we list by name in our privacy policy. The database is backed up regularly. Anything you entered into Kvestor can be exported to XLSX or PDF at any time.
Which languages does Kvestor work in?
The application, the guest e-mails, the booking widget and the reports are all in Slovak and English. The language of an e-mail follows the language of the guest.
